We should look at enabling NuGet audit (add <NuGetAudit>true</NuGetAudit> in Common.props).

More changes coming in .NET 9 it may or may not make sense to wait for those: https://devblogs.microsoft.com/nuget/nugetaudit-2-0-elevating-security-and-trust-in-package-management/
