I am experiencing an issue with sorcer that is driving me mad, I'm working on a small project that has 5 audio tracks on Ardour 5 and every time I launch sorcer my cpu skyrocket from average 2.0 to 9.0 causing many xruns callbacks on Jack.
I use other plugins without getting this type of issue, Fabla for example runs fine.
4.15.0-46-lowlatency - x86_64 GNU/Linux - Ubuntu 7.3.0
My PC has a HD of 500gb partitioned with windows 7 and 8gb ram, AMD quad-core

Hi @axdre, apologies I thought I had already replied to this. The CPU skyrocket issue is usually due to floating-point denormals (its OK if you don't know what those are - you shouldn't be concerned with it as a musician).
How did you get Sorcer, is it installed from a package manager, the KxStudio repos perhaps, AUR, or did you compile the code yourself? This should help me in identifying why this float denormal issue is occuring...
