No Collection Sheet feature anywhere, prev version has in sidebar #1662

Description

https://docs.mifos.org/mifosx/user-manual/side-bar-features/collection-sheet, prev version had collection sheet of two types along with Individual Collection Sheet in sidebar.

https://demo.mifos.community/#/collections, only has Individual Collection Sheet.

I searched everywhere, did I miss finding it somewhere?

Steps to Reproduce

Follow prev version docs https://docs.mifos.org/mifosx/user-manual/side-bar-features/collection-sheet
Feature somewhere, but is not present in latest web app ui

Expected Behaviour

Collection Sheet feature somewhere.

Actual Behaviour

Couldn't find it, where is it?
