Configuration File Syntax:

Syntax of conditionals not described, where conditionals are allowed is not described (AFAIK the Macros sections cannot contain conditionals).

Predefined macros are not described.

4.4 (Macro definitions in configuration file) is not part of 4.2 (Configuration file syntax).
