Unable to schedule talks using OSEM on events.o.o. #3551

Perhaps a regression.

I'm also having an issue with scheduling. Dragging an event into the schedule provides the image error. This is within the admin portion.

Steps to reproduce.

click on event, click on program > schedule, click on show, drag event to the schedule. An error appears.
