This renames the following types and deprecates the old names: - `CompletionCreateParams` -> `ChatCompletionCreateParams` - `CompletionCreateParamsStreaming` -> `ChatCompletionCreateParamsStreaming` - `CompletionCreateParamsNonStreaming` -> `ChatCompletionCreateParamsNonStreaming` - `CreateChatCompletionRequestMessage` -> `ChatCompletionCreateParamsMessage`
