No need to do this for the hackathon, this is to be done as an enhancement for future demos of the Rucio use case.

(I have also asked @MattSlm to use this generalization in the umbrella story ticket: #30)

Rucio has already provided the client-only container: https://github.com/rucio/containers/tree/master/clients

Just need to test how to configure it correctly.
