Suggestion: Gamification (EL-203)

Response to the QLD election has thusfar been poor. As something to potentially increase interest in the site, I'd like to suggest adding in some social/gamification elements. Some thing to consider include...

a) Adding user accounts & profiles for contributors, including such things as a username, their party affiliation (if any), and links to their Twitter profile (where they're presumably discussing things on #qldvotes
b) Including social links for when users upload leaflets, allowing them to post that information automatically onto social networks such as Facebook and Twitter
c) Tracking which contributors have made the most uploads of leaflets
