Is this a problem with the theme? Strikes me that this is more likely to be a problem with the Alaveteli version that we're on. Any chance @benrfairless you could see if the same thing is happening in production in new requests?

The production screenshot I provided was a recent reply. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the fact I'm replying through Front instead of Outlook?
