Windows host support

Overview

As a user, I would like to run VMClarity on Windows hosts. For this, we need to:

• provide families config example for running VMClarity on Windows
• ensure that overall logic uses proper path traversal packages filepath
• ops for block device management work on Windows

To scan a VM in VMClarity, we need to be able to list the block devices and mount/unmount these devices on the host machine.

• List block devices is currently only supported for Linux and Darwin (https://github.com/openclarity/vmclarity/tree/main/utils/fsutils/blockdevice), the windows support needs to be added (e.g. https://github.com/jaypipes/ghw/tree/main/pkg/block)
• Mount/unmount devices is currently only supported for Unix (https://github.com/openclarity/vmclarity/tree/main/utils/fsutils/mount), the windows support needs to be added (e.g. https://github.com/kubernetes/mount-utils)
