Calculated a Weighted Average MAE for all GSP
For example if there are 2 GSPs
Normally MAE would get 30 MW WMAE would be very closed to 50 MW.
Sum (over GSP) (Sum (over time) (y_hat - y_i) / 48) * w_i w_i should be GSP capacity / total capacity
I think this can be done in one SQL query

Detailed Description
Calculated a Weighted Average MAE for all GSP
Context
For example if there are 2 GSPs
Normally MAE would get 30 MW
WMAE would be very closed to 50 MW.
Possible Implementation
Sum (over GSP) (Sum (over time) (y_hat - y_i) / 48) * w_i
w_i should be GSP capacity / total capacity
