Add Query with Various Modalities

Detailed Description

Encoding more information into the query about the future would probably be helpful. One way of doing this could be through adding in the NWP forecasts into the query, as they go multiple hours into the future anyway.

Context

We want to be able to predict future cloud movement and PV output, both which rely on how the weather changes in the coming hours. When we query the output from Perceiver IO, we can encode that information in the query to hopefully help make the predictions better.
