When inspecting a region, e.g. https://explorer.eo2cube.org/product/s2_c1_l2a/regions/33UVV, the result list is sometimes as expected:

grafik

But sometimes it is empty, claiming "No datasets":

grafik

Note that this is the same dataset! Requested only shortly apart, without any commands having run in the meantime.

This may change within seconds. I loaded the link repeatedly and it feels like it's fine in maybe a third of the cases, but wrong in the other two thirds.

I tried to refresh the product by running cubedash-gen --verbose --force-refresh s2_c1_l2a, but that didn't fix it. I can post the log if that helps. Let me know what other information you would like to see to narrow down a reason for this behaviour, as I understand that it's probably hard to debug anything from the current info in this bug report.

Expected behaviour: Consistent output at every request.

Anyone has an idea why this might be happening? It's quite an annoying bug when people want to browse our available data as they falsely think there is none. I'd be open to do some fixing myself, but would appreciate a hint where I should start looking.

Hi Christoph, I can't say I've ever seen this behaviour before, and so far I have been unable to recreate it. The only thing I can think of as to what might be causing it is some sort of issue with database connectivity, but I can't say for certain. If you could provide the logs, that might be helpful.
