Installation

OpenDeps can be installed on Linux, macOS and Windows.

Quick start

Use these instructions to get up and running quickly.

Homebrew

If you have Homebrew installed:

brew tap opendeps/cli
brew install opendeps

Shell script

Or, use this one liner (macOS and Linux only):

curl -L https://raw.githubusercontent.com/opendeps/cli/main/install/install_opendeps.sh | bash -

It is good practice to examine the script first.

Advanced installation steps

macOS

Only Intel x86_64 is supported on macOS.

Linux

Intel x86_64, ARM32 and ARM64 is supported on Linux.

These instructions assume curl and unzip are available. You can also download the ZIP archive from the Releases page.

Uninstall

To uninstall, remove the opendeps binary from /usr/local/bin (macOS and Linux only).

rm /usr/local/bin/opendeps
