Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
With the release of Cnes report 5.0.0 we can try to update Sonarqube to the latest version available (10.6)

Update SonarQube to the latest version available

Describe alternatives you've considered
Update SonarQube to the last supported version mentioned in the Cnes report repository (10.5)

Additional context
Update also the SonarQube plugins acordingly
