Add ropsten tokens #220

Ropsten tokens have wrong addresses for now.

Right now, we manually download the tokens from our token registry contracts into json files bundled with the app, for faster search.

Mainnet & kovan json files are already generated, but we need a ropsten.json.

Closing as I don't think Ropsten is a big deal for now + it can be tackled by #267.
