[Enhancement] Auto-detect when the user country changed

Hi everyone,

I've just discovered this behavior in Todoist and I think it would be nice to implement it here.
Basically, when a user goes abroad, the app automatically asks to change the timezone.

For us, we could do the same, but allow changing the country used.

Wouldn't that need some access to GPS, therefore new permissions?

We can only rely on the IP address for that and just check there is no VPN
