Clarify election processes

Let me start: one of our goals in simplifying the process should be to make the elections more about what people stand for and want to achieve.

Be more explicit about the tools used for voting and how to set them up (as part of process, not policy).

CPC Impact Voting member selection has wording about the CPC needing to ratify the choices. Perhaps this should be clarified.

Perhaps break out some operations/procedures into its own document for when we are onboarding new members and such.
