I've been wondering about this. It seems that ours is "Working to promote transparency and empower citizens through open data". If you heard about OpenLexington on the radio, and the announcer said:

OpenLexington, Working to promote transparency and empower citizens through open data.

Would it be clear to you what this group is all about? Do other brigades have better tag lines? Could we be concise and/or more accurate?
