Looks like in #57 you all are going with CartoDB's Positron tileset. Because those are based on OpenStreetMap data, it might be worthwhile to edit and create features in the general vicinity of the care centers. I'd be happy to try and bring in maptimeLEX to help coordinate a mapathon some evening or weekend centered on finda.
