Subtask of #960

Requirements:

Be able to edit an existing wizard directly from the dashboard by clicking 'Edit', then the click the top right of the chosen wizard, and select 'edit wizard'
The save modal shows option to toggle between
1. save as a new wizard or not
2. add to dashboard after saving or not
