Refresh alerts list after acknowledging in flyout

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
After acknowledging alerts in the flyout from alerts by trigger dashboard, the table within flyout does not refresh automatically, and manual refresh will throw error because the size of get alert request is malformed. Also, would be good to have toast notification upon acknowledging the alerts to verify if it succeed or failed.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Call getAlerts upon acknowledging alerts in flyout.
• Separate the alert by triggers size and flyout size to 2 variables.
• Add toast notification after acknowledging alerts in all places that allows acknowledgment.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Making the alert by triggers size a constant number, and stop using the size parameter in url.
