[FEATURE] Generate search query types

Is your feature request related to a problem?

We have many query types that get added to OpenSearch or plugins that are delayed in being added to or supported by the client. Additionally there are often bug, mistakes or missing features in query types that already exist.

What solution would you like?

Leverage opensearch-api-specification and codegen tooling to make sure query types are up-to-date and in-sync with the API spec.

Will require special handling in codegen and potential tweaks to specs to ensure we correctly represent the types and match the types/classes we already have to minimize breaking changes.
