[FEATURE]Associate Table to a schema (physical mapping info)

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Currently all the OpenSearch storage entities are associated to a schema :

Index  --> index mapping
               --> component mapping
data-stream --> index mapping
               --> component mapping

Table is currently not appearing in this scope

What solution would you like?
In a similar way to the existing entities presented here I would like the tables to have a schema notion which correlates with the existing mapping concepts

What alternatives have you considered?
