Problem Statement

I want to create a Windows machine set on Ovirt/Kubevirt

Feature description

Current documentation shows options to create machine sets for Windows Containers on AWS, Azure, GCP, Nutanix and vSphere.
The possibility of using Openshift Virtualization should be added to the operator, which will bring the possibility to use the Openshift cluster as a single entity.
