[Bug Report]: Missing io.ona library when running the app on emulator

How do we replicate the bug?

OS Version - Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
Android Studio version - Koala// 2024.1.1

Try running the app on an emulator or device in Android studio.
Note that the build fails with the error Could not find io.ona.CircleProgressbar:lib:0.1.0.

How is this feature expected to work?

The app should launch on the emulator or attached device on Android studio

We need to set up publishing for the https://github.com/onaio/CircleProgressbar library. The artifact was originally published to an artifact repository that is now deprecated. I've created a ticket here to track this onaio/CircleProgressbar#2
