What kind of support do you need?

For the second visit and so on, the results of filling in 'Family Disease History' and 'Current Maternal Health History' on the previous visit are lost, so the data must be filled in again. These two variables should be pre-filled similar to other variables (i.e. highest education, marriage status, etc) in the Profile section.

What is the acceptance criteria for your support request?

For the second visit and so on, the results of filling of 'Family Disease History' and 'Current Maternal Health History' should be pre-filled already with information from previous visit.
