Migration of Thailand Preview Keycloak to In-Country Instance #995

We need to migrate the credentials Thailand keycloak details to https://keycloakmhealth.ddc.moph.go.th/ under a preview realm. Presently we are still using https://keycloak.smartregister.org/ for preview. This is in the effort to move the preview instances in-country.
