Fix the width of the add buttons #5729

Now that we have a resizable sidebar and have flexboxed everything in it, the add buttons look weird.

I'm going to just fix them at whatever size the other buttons are, because this is driving me nuts:

I ended up adding these buttons into flex rows, so they should calculate the same as the raw tag rows above.
