Changing presets is a relatively common task. It'd be useful to be able to do this with a toolbar item rather than needing to open the feature inspector. As a redundant control, this might best be hidden by default and enabled via #6717. For bonus points, it'd be great if this also worked for multiple selected features.

Lately I'm less jazzed on the idea of supporting this functionality in multiple places. Closing this, but we can reopen it later if circumstances change.
