At least highway=track + tracktype=grade1 should not be described as "unmaintained track road"

I know that iD decided to (some time ago) to redefine highway=track ( #4092 (comment) ) but explanation provided there certainly does not apply to highway=track + tracktype=grade1

"Unmaintained" = possibly dangerous to drive along

is rather not applicable to paved roads - even ones used as access to fields and forests

EDIT:

I suggest using highway=service + surface + access.

The tagging is perfectly fine, but label in iD may be misleading to people trusting it and less aware about tags.

@matkoniecz The paved issue was discussed at length (#2615, #2982, #3038, #4092, #5128). Let's please not rehash it. If you don't like iD's label I suggest using highway=service + surface + access.
