Add rendering for roller_coaster=track

Description

Rollercoaster tracks are soon being rendered in Carto and I think it would be appropriate to do the same in iD.

I already prototyped this change and could open a PR, if you think that this is okay. The rendering is similar to the one used in Carto.
This change would go along nicely with openstreetmap/id-tagging-schema#566 (for which I also could open a PR).

I am unsure about roller_coaster=support. Should they be rendered as well? If so, I would think of using the same dark gray background color. What do you think?
