This repo was last used 11 years ago for the license change. As far as I know there is no ongoing need to maintain it.

I have recently disabled Dependabot security warnings for this repo.

Maybe the time has come to add a notice and archive the repo? (We can always undo later if needed)

At least one person still uses it to redact changesets with redact_changeset.rb.
