What happened?

I have a strange problem, where if the monster dies in a "certain sqm?" the body becomes impossible to open, note that if it is through the browse field, probably ignoring the "map", it opens normally, following the photo sequence
(1st Body above the photo, it doesn't open, it's impossible, as if something is stopping it)
