Switch the configuration from command line args to config file

Currently we are configuring the "application" using command line args. This might come unhandy and very hard to track when new parameters will be added or the data provided there would be very complex.

We should move forward to having an configuration file that will be used to read config information from.

Although having this config file the path for this file can be specified as an command line argument.

I would use a standard file format like yaml or something that is standardized and not create a custom format for the sake of this script.
