Example about updating VEX is not updating its version

This example seems to have a slight oversight that confused me: https://github.com/openvex/spec/blob/main/OPENVEX-SPEC.md#updating-statements-with-inherited-data

It is supposed to show how an OpenVEX file can be updated and still conserve the validity of "older" statements. Unfortunately the "version" property is not increased between the 2 examples which made me think they are 2 different documents.

Also the @id attribute is different between the 2 documents, which also seems like an oversight
