Describe the problem you're observing

It's a luks encrypted zfs root filesystem. The only thing I remember doing was updating zfs tools to 0.6.5.8 but I'm still not sure if it's related. I could not boot anymore, system PANICs right in "zpool import".

I did try to "zpool import" the disk from an sysresccd 0.6.5.7. Then from sysresccd 0.6.5.8. My last attempt was to "zpool import" from another Gentoo system by usb attaching it, but here I've built zfs module from git tree.
