Currently is not possible to know what flag was or not used because we are not logging it. It is important since the logs are which helps us and users troubleshooting the scenarios and issues.

This is definitely a useful addition to add logs. @camilamacedo86 would you like to reopen the PR?
PS: it would also be useful to users if we log the whole WatchOptions and the flags which are setup by the user.
