Adagios - ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Emails - Enable / Disable

It might be me, but I can't find anyway to disable Adagios from sending notification emails when an alert is acknowledged.

At the moment the alerts generate emails, which are received by a ticketing system. When I look into the issue, I acknowledge the alert so that further emails are not sent creating more tickets that are not needed. My problem is that acknowledging the alert does precisely that !

In Nagios, there is an option to acknowledge and untick notify. I need to set the default not to notify.... how do I do this ?
