Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In order to highlight certain UI elements on the screen to get user focus in the initial onboarding stage for new users, we need to implement this library in order to 'spotlight' the UI.

Describe the solution you'd like
Find a way to make this library automatically display spotlight on a given UI elements. We need a robust API that takes the element to be spotlit as parameter and beautifully makes an onboarding experience for that particular view.
