Chef Client 12.0.0 rpm packages are not signed #2563

rpm packages of the 12.0.0 version of Chef Client omnibus packages are missing signatures.

This is blocking users who are using an internal yum repository to distribute Chef Client.

This issue is now fixed in our CI. Next release of Chef Client will have the rpm packages signed.
