新增或者修改时，数据添加的时机问题 #9

这里的核心逻辑应该是，如果添加人员或者分组，应该：

先往MySQL添加
再往ldap中添加

如果1失败，则不会执行2，如果2失败，则前台提醒用户，添加到ldap失败，可通过前端提供按钮，手动将MySQL中该条数据同步到ldap作为补偿。

总的来说核心宗旨为：MySQL与ldap中数据必须强一致！
