Top camera's focus screw is hard to reach

For all current and past revisions of the x-gantry, it is difficult to loosen the phillips head screw that locks the focus of the top-camera in place. Adjusting this screw requires partial disassembly of the gantry. As it currently stands, we have to do either of the following options:

• Leave this screw partially loosened because it is unreasonable to expect people to tear down their gantry to adjust it
• Pre-focus all top-camera units prior to further machine assembly at Opulo's production line

It would be more ideal to adjust the distance between the top-camera and top-ring-light so that this screw can be accessed via a slot in the top-camera-mount.
