What would you like to be added:
Currently, MachineDeployment spec supports only a single Failure Domain of string type. In the OKE @ C3/PCA service, we need to align to OCI in their support for multiple FDs for a Nodepool (resource for which we rely on MachineDeployments). We need the failureDomain attribute to support a list a of Failure domains.

Why is this needed:
We need this update to be able to align with OCI OKE in their support for multiple FDs
