Textadept 12.3 is released from https://github.com/orbitalquark/textadept/releases/tag/textadept_12.3

This is primarily a bugfix release. However, there is a new, external scratch module that enable buffers to persist between application restarts.

Bugfixes:

• Fixed help files not showing up in Linux releases.
• Fixed ^⌘ key sequences not working on macOS.
• LSP: fixed diagnostics for some language servers that expect client diagnostic capababilities.
• Scintilla: workaround potential crash when a line contains both left-to-right and right-to-left
  text.
