docker/for-mac#1260

When you run a docker image on your machine for a long time, especially when getting your computer to sleep and wake up from sleep, the time in the vm drifts away from the host machine

This causes the blocks closed in the docker vm to be in the future relative to the host machine (it's strange seeing future blocks in Prism - instead of "this block was closed 6 seconds ago" it becomes "this block was closed in 15 seconds" )
