Wallet session hanging on disconnect

Dear fellow Reown great Developers,

I have found anomaly when upgrading from wallet connect AppKit into Reown package

When the wagmi disconnect function triggered, the Appkit open function in my connect button still showing the address and balance in the modal as if it still logged in (please see the image above)

If I reload the page then it become normal again (showing wallet login options) , please kindly advise with this issue Team
