• Public Relations Management - Bonolo (30 minutes)
  • The goal is to give a training to help members learn and contribute to the open-source git platform (https://github.com/orgs/autowarefoundation/discussions)
• IV 2023 F1Tenth Competition - Zhijie (5 minutes)
  • Zhijie is one of the organizers. Please spread the word and encourage teams of interest to compete!
  • We offer student dorms at the University of Alaska, Achorage ($65 pre tax) or Hilton Hotels ($150 - $200).

  • Jack is still raising money to bring more students.
• Autonomous Karting Series - Jack (5 minutes)
  • Competition planning, setup, rules, etc...
  • In summary, competition is on @ Purdue May 15th - 19th (depends on the weather)
  • Individual trails (straight line, boxed trails).
  • Follow up with Autoware on networking & sponsorship (food, banner...).
  • Right now no sponsors ($200 registration fee per team).
  • Student housing at the university (to save money)? Currently, no plan.
  • Penn needs a member to participate at the weekly meeting (Derek - need comments)
  • Competition rules: emergency brake....approved batteries.

• Indy Autonomous Challenge - CJ, Haoru (5 minutes)
  • No attendance from CJ / Haoru (no update)
  • Simulator: for race car
  • IAC & Robotech bi-weekly meeting (on simulator)

  • Change of timezone (U.S. daylight saving time)
  • The meeting members have decided not to change the meeting slot.

Autoware Sponsorship follow-up for AKS. Yes, we will have a night for networking and we can create a banner with the Autoware logo name on it.
Autoware to provide pizza during the presentation network. And $1K as a sponsor if possible to help pay for the Ad-Promo and miscellaneous.

AKS meeting moving from every other week to weekly starting next week Mar 10.
