Due to a series of the CI speed improvement activities, the Autoware docker build can now be completed in about 30 minutes to 1.5 hours on GitHub Actions.
Therefore, a new requirement has been added to merge pull requests into the autoware repository. It is required to pass the health-check that runs a docker build. It would be worth to improve the stability of the entire Autoware system.

By adding the tag:run-health-check tag on your PR, the health-check will be executed.

Once you have received approval from reviewers, please use it in combination with Enable auto-merge button.
