Trouble getting approved even with Enrollment Verification Letter

I have been trying to get my github edu approved but its not passing even with an Enrollment Verification Letter from National Student Clearing House.

Note that i was previously from a different school during my undergrad. Now I have joined another school for my post grad studies and am having difficulties getting github edu approved.
